No, just passenger. Yes, down and back up is automatic (knob must be set to RIGHT position). Yes you can still adjust mirrors manually. If you set knob to MIDDLE or LEFT, then it will not go down.
I got it second-hand. You can find cracked ones on several online shops (google it) or you can buy original one from ross-tech directly. If you do it, please share your experience. Best!

My Jeep WK2 did both mirrors at once 👍. My new SQ5 doesn’t 👎. 🙄
