That means he went out of his way, killing every fake peppino in WAR to prove he is the Apex Predator. And the WAR fake peppinos had to adapt to his reign, newer clones would attempt to fight him or play with him. To our fake peppino, It’s a sign of rebellion when they do that.

fake peppino copies only one of peppino's taunts, the rest are deleted/scrapped ones that peppino would have originally gotten beforehand.
