  • In June 2022 I was getting out on a 4 days trip follow Trans Euro Trail section 3 in Sweden and try to find new gravel roads and relaxing in forest with camp and fire..
    The Swedish summer is special and the night's are magic around a lake..

      Yes it's really a wow place that I'm going back there many times and camp and always next day some TET riders are coming and have a chat..
      Yes you should have it on your list but it's easy to miss because it's a dead end so many riders thinks it's not any special to see..

    That off road trail is well maintained. The campsites are nice as well. Sweden has some very beautiful scenery. When I look at some of the BDR off road trails throughout America, it doesn't inspire me to ride off road. Most of those BDR trails have too many challenging sections where people often crash and get injured. 😢

      Yes that's true many gravel roads and trails are quite well mainteded in Sweden or Norway and also many campsites, many times there are already fire woods in camp and also this toilet so you don't have to go in forest or something..
      Both Sweden and Norway have really nice scenery and nature Norway have more mountains..
      That's so true it's not always better with those challenging BDR trails not fun to get injured or crash the bike.. So even if it's quite boring with some gravel roads or easy trails it's much better than crash..
      That's not fun to here it's should inspire you to get more out in nature and ride off road but I understand stand also you must feel confident and enjoy riding other wise it could be dangerous..
      But I'm happy you liked my video and hope you watch the others also =)

      Thanks man.. I'm happy you liked the places, I see you also love the nature and ride ATV that's so cool and then you know when it's a good place =)
      Yes these year I'm thinking to talk in my video. Before I just recorded with gopro and after 2-3 years it feels that I have forgot what to say on these video's, even if I could put my voice after, I think it's nice while I'm making the video.. =)
      But thanks for the tip =)

    Excellent vid, but i was wondering if the mosquitos dont eat you alive in the evning and night ?

    • @OneAdventureMore
      @OneAdventureMore  3 місяці тому +2

      Thanks man.. Yes in the beginning it was quite hard with mosquitoes even in day time in some areas but I use mosquito repellent then it's quite ok, but last year I have use also ThermaCELL combined with gas from my jetboil and that's helps a lot also.. So it's not so hard any more but the mosquitoes are still out there waiting..

    Nice video
    I have a f850gs adventure aswell. Been riding mc for almost 30 years, but no experience on gravel. It is quite a tall and heavy bike. What is your experience so far doing TET routes on it?

    • @OneAdventureMore
      @OneAdventureMore  3 місяці тому +1

      Thanks I'm glad you liked the video =) and you see the GSA 850 are a quite capable bike for light off road.. Yes it's quite tall and really top heavy but if you only fill up half tank with gas then it's quite better but still heavy to lift.. Otherwise TET in Sweden and Norway are going good for the bike it's almost only normal gravel road and not much in forest, some part in Norway are little more technical in mountains but not to big problem.. Otherwise are the bike really good for the TET routes you can have some stuff and the reach are around 500 km and if yuu ride together with someone then it's really nice.. But I like the bike after I upgrade the suspension and little more thing.. =)
