Being a Bengali can confirm that Hindi "aata/aati" problem😭 and OHMYGOD I FOUND MY TWIN IG?? I TOO LEARNED HINDI BY WATCHING DORAEMON🤣🤌🏻 and same here Kpop fan from 2017 and learned Korean from University.😮
I learnt hindi from cartoons as a kid as well. I even went through hindi classes in school from class 5 till 9 but I still have that aata/aati problem. Probably cuz I rarely have to speak in hindi.

As a foreigner (in fact a fellow bengali) living in Japan I am curious isn't it hard for you in your day to day life when japanese people almost always assume you are one of them ? They probably get confused when you try to speak, no ? 😄 At least for me I can always make a blank foreigner face and they immediately understand my Nihongo is bad.
