What is ASMR?
Simply put, ASMR is often described as that satisfying, tingly sensation you get when you hear a sound that you enjoy. People who experience ASMR often use it to relax before falling asleep, to relieve anxiety, to help with depression, or to fight against insomnia.
There are many ASMRtists out there doing many different kinds of videos. If you are seeking this sensation, I encourage you to keep an open mind and look at various ASMR channels because there are lots of great people producing amazing content! :)
What does ASMR mean to me?
I’ve been watching ASMR videos for about two years now. I stumbled upon it in one of my favorite UA-camr’s videos (Stella Rae) and branched out from there. After years of battling with insomnia and anxiety, I had finally found relief through watching these videos.
In 2018, I decided to start making my own videos :D I felt it was time to contribute to the ASMR community and help keep it growing because it’s such a wonderful, positive place that helps millions of people. I know my channel is small now, but putting out my own content is my way of giving back to this amazing community. I’m Busy B, and thanks for being part of the hive! :)

A few months ago I was utterly abandoned by my entire family and it was your words that gave me comfort in a way that made he days easier. I figure that’s worth saying. Thank you. These are the best hushing videos I've ever seen. Your hushes are way softer and hit completely different from anyone else's. Hand movements with the nails are mesmerizing and those fluffy mics sound so perfect. These videos have really been helping with my constant depression and anxiety when getting to sleep.

Hey, I just wanted to say that ASMR has changed my life and your videos are a big part of that. I've been watching your videos for nearly a year now, and four or five months ago I started putting them on in the background when I go to sleep or when I'm feeling stressed out.

Needed this today. Had a medical today for a job where my stress levels were so high my pulse was over 100bpm. So may not get the job now. After completing the course which took a £5000 loan. This is helping calm me.

Hey. If you have depression imma tell you what I did for it. I did alot of praying and limiting my food but nothing was working. Then, I found asmr. I went from being depressed and suicidal to being a happy dude in a matter of weeks through going to church and, of course ASMR. I give credit to this girl for saving my life. And to that Raven, I say thank you.😘
