In Picard the road is called Ross Blvd. After you pass the playing field in Glanvillia and you make the turn onto the road by the sea, it's called Michael Douglas Blvd. Once you enter Portsmouth and reach Borrough's Square (where all the buses are lined up) you've reached Bay Street.
