Wow, no Sofitel Phokeethra in Siem Reap, My Wife and I have travelled all over the world, and this hotel is the best hotel we have ever stayed in by a country mile, we are returning to it again this year for the 4th time. It is not just a hotel, its an experience.
Have a great time, I personally love the Sofitel brand, so yes I should of included it in my recommendation
You know I like your videos.... and when you went to Bali it all seemed real. The Best hotels in the World series needs your voice, thoughts and opinions to come alive. So far I can only see what "They" want me to see, though you may have chosen the hotels.. I like your thoughts and I think the series needs them. :) For example: I see flowers beeing put in a bowl of water... Its obvious to mee that the hotel wants me to see how they take care of their guests. What do you see in the hotels you choose? What makes you think that each of them has to offer. A running commentary with a screen in screen mugshot of you commenting the proceedings. Because you do have a way of making the ordinary, interesting.
You are 100% correct my friend. The plan was for an intro and outro. Then i thought just upload these daily without me in them and then continue to make my regular vlog style content. But that plan seems to of gone tits up and daily uploads is rather tiresome. This series is more of a test really to see how YT likes me uploading daily.
With that said its getting boring for me making this series, which will.no doubt result in viewers getting bored also.
Ill have to try and mix it up a bit and get out about to make some more Vlog style content.

daily uploads... hard job when you work for a living. I have tried and failed to upload more than one or two videos a week. But I do think that your voice and commenting style have something. If you were a twenty year old whipper snapper, I would not take you serious unless I wanted to see the latest party venues around the World. Your vids cater for a growing market of people who want more than "just" travel and eat.
You are on to something, that with some tweaking could become a houshold name kind of thing. Only thinking :)
Tnx buddy. Yes daily is hard even when you dont work. Its been a lot of work finding the hotels, then the videod and prices then adding music and ive tried to edit them from the originals also.
Ill start tinkering with a new format shortly.

I see potential in the upmarket traveling information thingamajig. The "why" and "how" coming from someone how knows his stuff has a certain appeal to people... definately has to me. Anyway I´m ramblin on like an old testament prophet. Don´t listen to me too closely.... you´ll do fine whatever you do... I just feel that you could be a bit of an entertainer as well as someone who knows about travel. I simply like the combination of the two, because traveling videos, even on the tube, are for reasons only known to themselves, mostly a bit dry and teacherlike.
Why in temple have dinosaurs picture. How Did people in the past know about dinosaurs?
