Power Transformer AC 220V To AC 9V untuk supply power ke controller board rm15.
Secondary coil saya guna Audio Power Cable 4GA beli dlm 2 meter RM25.
Spot welder automatic trigger handle integrated pen sekali dengan cable dan quick connector Rm150.
Spot Welders control Board 100A Digital display Spot welding time and current controller panel timing Ammeter RM65.
Storage box rm10.
Cable lug etc rm15.
TOTAL COST RM330

I have a similar version of this control board. In your application, welding is done when the switch is triggered and then the process is finished when the switch is released (rising edge triggered). In my board, welding is done after the switch is triggered and released (falling edge triggered). How can I solve this problem?

El resultado mejor para esto y para todo el rango de espesores de nickel es con 04 espiras que es donde se lucen los controles de tiempo y ancho de fase.
I've made the same and when i try to spot they dont stick to each other...
Try to set amp a little bit higher . Make sure not to prolong the delay.
