Sorry for your trouble with the audio. I am curious as to what type of earpiece you are using. This video has been posted for over 12 years now and I am only recently getting complaints about the audio. You might be listening through a piece that recently came out and might be sensitive to videos with crowds in them.

The police usually close the area to vehicular traffic at roughly 4pm (sometimes earlier)... then you must claim your spot before it fills up and police close it off. But I have certain connections so I was able to show up at 11 and get my spot
