I'm sorry to hear that Tim passed away around 10 years ago. I stayed at Port Ligar for a week as a helper from WWOOF NZ in 2000 and had wonderful cultural and farm experiences. I remember the host lady laughing at her daughter(I think Brianna), trying to hold her balance on the styroform board on the water when we were watching her far away from their lounge. Then she said, "Something funny happens all the times, and that's why we don't need TV here." I admire her homeschooling a great number of kids because I started doing my two kids last year. I am originally from Korea, but now I have ended up living with my Kiwi husband in Christchurch . One day, I would like to visit Marlborough sounds again with my family.
Such a tragic story, that unfolded for this family after this was filmed. I hate to say it, but it would make a best selling movie if a director had the guts to take it on board. RIP Tim.
Great Video, wonderful story fantastic family a region that has been hugely challenged in the last 12-18 mths stay strong
