Thx barkage my planche is really gud regardless my arms r always locked out but i have trouble wiff front lever my arms r always bent i feel like it's just cuz my biceps r 1 of my strongest body parts and i lack strength in my triceps and i think my triceps r a weak point cuz i cant do impossible dip but i can hefesto even tho hefesto is a way harder skill by nature but 4 da most part imma plancher

Could be, I would just practice easier front lever progressions and make sure you’re doing so with straight arms

any cue that helps with straight elbows in planche. my elbows do hold up from the conditioning i do, but somehow i cant keep it straight during planche itself.

Most bend arm happen because not doing frongstand with straight arm, it’s like a bad habit. I’m never had problem with bend arm because that first progression.

Frog stand is not a gud "progression" i am really gud at planche and never had da frog stand in my training routine

@@ifarted69 it’s depends, I start from frogstand with straight arm and never had problem with bend arm. I’m still on last phase straddle planche now.

I have locked out arms in planche but in front lever when I lock out my arms my biceps are facing each other and i can't feel tension in my lats and i end up rounding my back. Only when I bent arms I can feel some good tension. But still I always practice with straight arms. But when I see any front lever journey video they always learn it with bent arms, so should I keep it straight or bent? 🙏help🥲

Straight, of course! Be honest with yourself and have patience and you will make great progress in a SAFE way 👍🔥

I had the same problem, in my personal experience I fixed it going back to one leg with the arms extended biceps facing each other and neutral scapula, it felt weird at first, harder than bend full front lever, but then I got use to and now *bent front feels wrong, if you don't try at lest a few weeks you will never know.
