The customers stop coming at 19:00, the clock actually stops at 23:00 until you sleep. So you can sell all day, then buy units at night before you sleep so you never lose any shop time if you wanted. Also, on the price of the lockers, I got a $7,000 rifle (scar 17) out of like a $600-700 locker.
Man wish buying and reselling was like that. Just end up getting the tech boxes we all save with the old stuff in it lol
I do appreciate that the videos are getting a bit longer, they used to be 15-18 minutes but now they’re usually a little over 20. Thanks drae.
Hey Drae! Just wanted to help you out a little with carrying stuff if you hover over two items and hit 1 and 2 and the q over the 3rd item you can carry 3 items at once rather than 1 at a time. Hope this helps you out a little lol.

You can use the 1 and 2 keys to grab an item in each hand. That helps cut down on the number of times you have to run back and forth getting the stuff out of the indoor lockers. It also ignores collisions with the doorways when you have an item in a hand like that so it makes it easier to get the bigger items through doorways.

I repaid a loan yesterday. I only had to pay the original loan amount back. You pay more waiting for it to be taken out. As of this comment at least.
Keep the pickup and leave it at home. You can teleport between vehicles.
I wish when you buy vehicles in this game that the vans have shelfs built in. To place your items on them and have more room for big stuff.
Beware of the box truck.... It does not drive well at all, and gets stuck a lot. mine is stuck with the front touching the brick wall and will not move at all.

The fact that old cables are considered junk is unrealistic. If they're in good enough condition (not a fire hazard and in working condition) and cheap, many people probably would take them. Especially if they're old gaming console cables or just an extension cord.

To be perfectly honest... I usually go through the grueling process of opening the box on the ground and then sorting it into broken and non-broken piles to the be placed in the back or front of the bed/van... I feel dumb that I didn't think about opening the box inside the vehicle. Might be something to try out. lol.

Depends actually in the US you have income tax and or Property taxes.

Usually the taxes don't change with where exactly you live, even property tax, only based on what properties you own. Obviously it changes depending on state and country.

Because you have to own a store before you can actually go to the auction.........he literally states that early in the video.

The problem with the chair isn't the size of the chair itself. It is the game devs being lazy. The invisible hit box on the thing is a giant rectangle around the item. They didn't bother to shrink it down for any item in the game. So you have to think the items are rectangles and squares that are probably just a bit larger than the item itself. Don't believe me? Take a table and turn it upside down. Then try to place something in the spot where you think would be open space, because there's just table legs there. Stare in wonderment as the item you try to place on top of what should be thin air, magically hovers over the table's open area.

@@MqueenHaffarGuzz For lazy devs it is a common thing, yes. It takes a bit of time and effort to sculpt the invisible hit boxes to fit the actual item. That's why they just pushed it out the door like this in a hope to get your money for the least effort possible. Asset flips FTW.
