I have hyper hydrosis. It can be really uncomfortable and embarrassing. What i do is take some deep breathes to regulate my nerves, dove black and white body spray works really well too and looser fitting shirts in the arm area so my pitts can breathe. Sorry if this is tmi for people just trying to help. Awsome vid bro
