Hello, got a question, Removing my intake manifold from my C-5 I broke the air line I guess you call it with the elbow in the back where does that connect to not from the intake manifold side on the rear but in the back of the engine and if you have the part number for the Plastic space please I’ve been looking for days ?

I've done a little bit of research. It's been a while since I looked at the back of the manifold, but I'll try to help. I was unable to find a p/n, but I am willing to bet that you could replace it with a similar plastic elbow after market, you'd just need to match sizes. Here are a few forum posts I found that might help:

Best I can figure it out, "the SMALL HOSE is your vacuum supply to the vacuum reservoir can in the passengers FENDER well. It supplies vacuum to: The HVAC AIR BOX to control all the damper doors. Without that source, air will come out of all of the zone at once or all in the defrost vents. You will not have air to the A.I.R Pump control valve and you will set an A.I.R. System DTC and never pass emissions"

@@iDriveDaily thanks alot for the respond .. the elbow is completely fine and I found the other end to where it connects to in engine bay behind the engine.. just what size diameter the plastic hose so i can get one to connect it to the 2 broken ends so i can hook the elbow to the manifold .
