Thank you so much. Hopefully we will have a big harvest this year, we sure need it with grocery prices the way they are today lol. Thank you for joining us and for your wonderful comments.
hi there once the deer get the taste it is game on , one guy close to me built boxes with a motion lights and a radio at full blast , we just gave away a big trailer load of pots . lots of work . good show .best to all john
It really is disheartening to know how much labor goes into planting just to come out in the morning and see your plants decimated by the wildlife. I told my wife I may be building a raised deer stand in the corner with spotlights all around the field like a prison yard to wipe out any and all unwanted plant eaters. Thank for watching John, we appreciate your comments.
@@StandardLivingHomestead hi there i dont think you can shoot that many ,the next farm over shot 65 +three years ago , did change a thing . dog fence in the ground around the whole thing with 2 small yappy dogsjohn
@@fricknjeep we are about to build a nice little garden shed up there and that new little Australian shepherd dog we have will be living up there at night with the gates closed. We are gonna be adding more greenhouses this fall, if nothing else we will have some winter crops lol. Hope you haven’t hit any more nails with your sawmill lately. Thanks for the comments.
We sure do, we hear them every evening when we’re out in the garden. I haven’t shot any this year but not from a lack of their presence that’s for sure. More deer snakes and turkeys this year I thinks due to all the coyote bounty’s people are collecting throughout the state now. Coyote population is way down out in this areas this year.
@@SwampSawyer yeah no lack of turkeys out here, they cross over our driveway in in the road just about every day. I knocked the grill out of my old Land Rover with one no too long ago that didn’t make it out of the road fast enough.
Nice to see your video pop up and how your planting has progressed now they are out of the growing tent. Congratulations to your son and you both.

Thank you. He is overly excited to say the least.
Y’all have any turkeys out your way?

That’s good to hear, the numbers of them have dropped so I was just curious about out your way.
