I have never been able to grow my biceps so I this does not work I am taking you to court for false advertising :p (this is sarcasm btw) I do have 19 inch arms thanks to my triceps and being morbidly obese tho so that's cool.

I like the adding the fat grips for hammer curls do you think it be beneficial to add fat grips when doing regular curls

Nice video, thanks. Maybe it's the camera angle but on the hammer curls it looks like the left arm gets less range of motion at the top? Is that the rotator cuff tear one?

Obviously this is for hypertrophy and aesthetics…gymnasts have the best biceps…maybe too much biceps depending on your taste with appearance

How much do you weigh at the moment?

What weight did you use for seated curls and hammer curls?
seated were 35's I believe and hammers were the same w the fat grips.
@@SzatStrength Ahh okay - do you normally use lighter weights?
@@LLifts3598 I use the weight that hits the prescribed rep range and intensity. I also really focus on technique and mind muscle connection.
