She absolutely has and has always had all the talent to win Olympic medals. If she gets out of her own way and just enjoys herself and being at home for the Olympics, she can do it.

She was always so close to the podium. I really hope she wins some medals at this Olympics. I hope she becomes the next Andrade - after being so close for so long, she makes it to the pinnacle.

I love how all you couch potatoes are proclaiming how easy it should be for her. She seems miserable in this documentary.

This reminds me of Gabby Douglas' story also how her mom sent her to live with a host family for the similar reasons. She had to train in order to become better and get to the Olympics. All the sacrifice is paying off. 🙂

I definitely believe she's positioned for podium this tour. I think the Landi's, the Gold Tour, has done more to build her confidence. Let's go Mélanie!

This is nothing against Melanie but the French fed...why was Mel allowed to go to a different country to train but still compete for France, but they wouldn't let Kaylia Nemour train at a different gym IN FRANCE just because they said so? Love all the French gymnasts but the French gym fed is truly awful.

it would be nice to see Melanie win a medal with the Olympics being in Paris like it was to see the American Hockey team win against Russia in 1980 at lake Placid or Mary Lou Retton win the individual all around Gold in Women's Gymnastics in 1984 in Los Angeles age 16 among the 5 medals she won which also included team all around silver Vault Silver Floor and Uneven Bars Bronze 3 other US Gymnasts have done that since Shannon Miller 1992 Barcelona Nastia Liukin in Beijing 2008 3 Gold 2 Silver and Simone Biles in Rio 2016 4 Gold 1 Bronze the first time a US Woman won Gold on Vault though medaling with Simone Biles and Rebecca Andrade who have some of the highest difficulty vaults in all of Women's artistic Gymnastics such as the Cheng which has a 6.3 difficulty and 9.9 execution so is worth 16.2 and of course Simone does the Yurchenko double pike which has a difficulty of 6.4 and and execution of 10 so if the vaults were averaged Simone would have a 16.3 on vault a 16.7 on Floor 15.9 on beam and 16.875 on bars so an average of 16.45 per apparatus easily enough to possibly get all 4 apparatus gold medals plus team & individual all around which would make her the first woman in Gymnastics history to win all 6 Gold medals possible at the Olympics and the 2nd in modern history to win all 6 medals behind Daniella Silivas of Romania in 1988

      Bon courage ! 😅

they choose this one over the one that got the gold medal in the uneven bars for Algeria at 17.
the sport at high level is cruel. you have to do what you have to do, always select the best.
behind this girl there are thousands of girls that there careers was broken by injuries and struggle, injustice
