Very soft spoken just like his music with a great personality and complimentary sense of humor. This was my1st introduction to "SMOOTH JAZZ AKA Quiet Storm Movement" My Favorite song was, "The Lady Wants to Know" from the Gypsy album and "Dear Little Nightengale" from the Burchfield Nines album 1978. I saw him perform in concert 09.22.23 at the Count Basie Center for The Arts, Red Bank, NJ
