For itinerary you don't need travel agent, call the airline customer support directly and ask the itinerary ticket for the respective date you are planning to start.

There was a time VFS required Return ticket also, but it seems they need only one way itenerary.

Contact person in the company should be your company HR, not u r husband. You can use your husband details in the proof of accommodation as sponsor
