He’s a good size for a linebacker or tight end but at those positions would need to be faster and bench needs some work but he also did 12 legit reps not the fake reps they do at the combine. Most nfl teams don’t care about the bench portion anymore truly doesn’t show strength and strength can be beat with technique

However, a lot of chronic pain that I had also got away, and what’s probably the best is I start seeing myself more objectively & positively, and stopped putting off healthy stuff like gym and dieting. Just concluded groundwork and spring break is coming up, so I’ll be doing some workouts from the bootcamp prep series. As for my fitness goals, I still have a lot more to do but I’m up for all of it🙏💪 Big props to the workouts and resources you shared, and all of your great videos🤙🤙🤙 Cheers to being better versions of ourselves!

You definitely can bench press more 225 reps 🤨 I workout with my warrant officers and I’ve seen him do 20 perfect reps like nothing and he’s about a little less then your weight

Football players mainly do strength training and then cardio a couple times a week
