There is no way to do this with ReConvert yet, we allow customers to track their order from the thank you page & Shopify sends customers back to the thank you page by default with transactional emails (order confirmation email, Shipping confirmation email, etc...)

It's not bad but you don't necessarily need all of them. ReConvert & Aftersell are similar so you can pick 1, we're here if you need help deciding :)
