I am 58 yrs old and was serving as a door holder….. I have never been a part of something like that before! God’s glory was felt by every person in that arena. It was AMAZING!!!
It’s delusional really. Something that made something then goes into hiding ? Rationality plays a part in understanding . Dogmatic indoctrination from a young age is total child abuse at its finest. Shame on all religions that take a child’s right to think for themselves. It’s just 6th century mentality that really doesn’t belong in the 21st age of reasoning and hard evidence.
I wonder why UA-cam stops rationalised comments on how religion is trickery?
From a 24 year old trying to find their way that went to Passion alone, I had a powerful experience. I don’t think a lot of people expected it to be physically exhausting, but there isn’t an opportunity for a lot of sleep and then you stand on concrete for hours, knees shaking and sore from head to toe. I sat in the back most of the time, and out of everybody who preached, the asbury preacher spoke the most to me. He said that he had a bad sermon that day when revival broke out and it’s all about two things, loving Jesus and repentance. True repentance, turning away from sin and leaving it at the altar. After the sermon I felt like didn’t resignate with me personally the most, I think Louis’, was when I felt the most of His grace fill the room personally. I also met two really cool people and one was super bold about intentionally and precisely sharing his real struggles and how God was moving in his life. I had a really cool experience where I went to a place for breakfast and it was empty and a man saw my Bible and asked me questions about it, we had a lot of crazy similarities like both served in the same company at the same base in the army which is unheard of. Even though he was mid-50s and I’m immature in my faith and struggling with my walk right now, I could still ask him about what he needed prayer for which was a great moment. Another thing people don’t talk about is Passion gets super expensive with food, Ubers, the hotel… the ticket itself is pricey but understandable for three days. But God even had a plan for that as I debated going or not since I was alone and sent a refund for tuition I wasn’t expecting, almost the exact amount the trip cost. All in all a great reminder of His faithfulness and I’m so excited to continue to learn about His goodness in my life.
Watching this today, it is so true. I was mad at God because His plan was not my plan. I stopped loving Him, but He never stopped loving me. Thanks for sharing this video. It's really what I needed to hear.
Hi Sadie! As a child, I also had the same kidney reflux as Haven! I was a little bit older than her when I had it, but the thing that cured it was actually cranberry chewables. I went to a holistic doctor and that is what they gave me and it went away and never came back! I know Haven is young and probably isn't able to eat chewables quite yet, but I just wanted to pass this info along. Hope this helps!
This was impactful for me because my name is Josiah and I’m 26 and I have been led to study the whole Bible with Bible project videos for the past year. I literally went through summary videos in detailed notes summarizing the Bible before and I have posters trying to connect it all together.

I legit started to well up when you started at Genesis b/c I needed to hear the full story again. It felt like a nostalgic bedtime story... but by the end, I was full-blown crying like a minute before you started to cry. The truth is moving and it is just so true in my life how God has worked but I don't share it and I really need to pray for his courage. Thank you, Sadie! I have read your books, followed your podcasts, I even enrolled in Liberty University (and there is just like a whole rabbit hole). I could talk to you all day, I feel like a more prodigal versions of one of your sisters, lol, and I just feel so deeply connected to you. Well, I have 10 kids and you have 2, but it's all the same😂 But I have to say thank you, for your obedience. You have been a huge role model if you will... a mentor without any direct contact, but God has used you tremendously in my life, and I skipped this episode thinking the headline didn't really catch me, and I was actually listening to today's podcast with your sisters. This automatically started playing after and now I'm just in such happy tears about how good God is, and how incredibly He works. I hope to make it to a conference of yours, but until then, be encouraged that you are absolutely an incredible tool for the Holy Spirit, and I pray God deepens that even more for you this year. sadie, this is truly such a God thing. I just finished reading 2 kings specifically the story of Josiah. I didn’t make it to passion this year due to some family issues; even though I bought 3 tickets months! I also haven’t had time to see your message yet but I wanted to hear you because you’re my all time favorite woman preacher. Now I that I hear this and know that God planted Josiah’s story as part of your sermon, I feel like he had me read that chapter even before I’d find out you preached about it because He knew I wouldn’t make it. Sentimentalism may win over young people, but it won’t keep them staying. Traditional Catholicism is keeping me grounded in His Law, even when things are not going well and things are hard. Worship in the Old Testament was sacrifice, not rock music and hands waving in the air. It’s empty. Come home to the real first Christian church, the Catholic faith.
