blood brain barrier, build back better. What time is it when humanity is so myopic and eager to be considered to be learned that only the average intellects remember the myths designed to protect us from shortsighted knowledge that lacks any wisdom. Everyone is 'too smart' to understand whats happening around them.
So, is "lipid nanoparticle" term comprises also liposome? Are lipid nanoparticles and solid lipid nanoparticles the same? I am confused about the term lipid nanoparticle.
Lipid nanoparticles are different than liposomes. Recently we started studying LNPs, and have shown the endocytosed RNA from Lipid nanoparticles undergoes endosomal escape and is packaged into vesicles, and thus secreted via extracellular vesicles. Several similarities between endocytosis of lipid nanoparticles, and secretion of their mRNA into extracellular vesicles. For anyone in the future who is still curious and find this comment, the answer is that the liposomes use one or more layers of lipids and have an aqueous pocket to store the delivery. solid lipid nanoparticles use one layer only of phospholipids to surround the delivery and can have a non-aqueous pocket. Also whether lipid nanoparticles are the same as solid, not exactly. In some cases like my lines above, yes, it is referring to solid lipid nanoparticles. in other cases, it could refer to lipid nanotechnology in general where there are several types.

Do you mind to share this on slideshare or where can we find the reference of your presentation? Best regards
very nice presenation.
Why is this titled lipid nanoparticle drug delivery??
The title of this video is "Lipid nanoparticles", but there was no actual time spent explaning what Lipid nanoparticles is, just like 10 seconds. ???
Very nice presentation❤️❤️❤️❤️
thanks really good explanation. im from Malaysia
Can lipid nano particles be used to deliver critical minerals and b vitamins to cells?

@@naji_m1463 Excellent. Glad to see it worked in mRNA based vaccines.
