Agreed about BlueNotary. I picked up my first job successfully yesterday after a month of trying to snag one. The platform is super simple, but definitely some cons because of how simple it is.
Docverify is awful. The button for the signors to click and sign doesn't appear and they blame it on the Notary. It's a gliche in their system. They don't refund credits and consequently I can't complete the signing. Awful!!
I RV full time and travel the country. My home state is Texas. Can I do this type of work if I’m registered in Texas but not physically in the state at that time?
Fersure! A lot of these platforms vary. Like some don’t charge them anything it’s just whatever you charge them which would be PandaDoc, Secured Signing, DocVerify, SigniX. OneNotary charges $25 for the first seal and $10 each additional for customers but you can also choose to charge them off platform and you as the notary just pay the transaction fee and CyberizeIt is the same way they charge 36.99 first seal and $10 each additional if you charge em on platform but you can also charge them off platform and the notary just pays the transaction fee.
Yeah I am on Florida and I am going to do some general work and hopefully get some closing I am likely Panda watch the other videos doc and one notary so far .. Thanks again for this awesome report on them .. about to watch the other video
