Daley Blind from Bayern is a weird one. He's 32 years old CB with 79 rating that will decline over time. But if you change his position to CDM his rating went up to 81 and he'll grow instead, mine reach 84 currently and it's only the first half of the season. He's still growing like the younger players

I have a player that had no potential called Alioune Ndour. After 5 or 4 years in the game he is 85 overall and it’s still growing like crazy

Rashford, at 28 years old, is currently 91 overall in my 4th season. Have plenty of other players that have exceeded their potential ratings as well
