honestly, i just don't understand all the drama about "Man in Black", i never had a problem with it. The final boss was....well, to be hones, everything is easy in this game, Ryuji was just a bad fight, the only good things about him were his theme and qte's, i don't know about the moveset beccause i alwasy finished him before he could pull up some interesting moves, his first fight was way better.

The funniest fucking thing was seeing his reaction to THE BOAT in Yakuza 6. I was watching him take it all in, going from "Oh this is neat" with the MGS style reveal to "This is so unbelievably fucking stupid" in real time. Absolutely priceless.

The final character is either Shimano or Kazama, and you are fighting the Little Asia wars and a conspiracy to bring down the Tojo. No Millenium tower splodies though :(

Actually Tachibana was sorta mentioned in a substory where you could choose his name as one of the three multiple choices (which also happens to be the correct answer). The nod to Tachibana comes when Kiryu afterwards thinks to himself afterwards that "he could never forget a name like that"
That was not comparable to Jingu tbh, I felt like I had just enough healing items to get through the section, the Jingu fight was just Kiryu going to a flight simulator
