fun fact : there was one time hearing something that didn't even exist SAVED MY LIFE. basically, i was taking a shower. then, halfway into the shower, there was some random BANG from the room next to me, like something fell. so, i got out of the shower to investigate what fell, and literally nothing fell. nothing. then i realized the heater was literally ON FIRE. if the fire spread before i got out, i would be trapped in the shower while my house burnt down. thankfully i stoppedd it from spreading and i live to see another day
