I have all of my favorite music downloaded on mine. My headphones connect to my watch and I can listen to music while working out without taking my phone.
so what you're saying is, basically, they had to admit they did such a terrible job designing this thing they don't even want to bother trying to fix it themselves great job Google :)
I think this is an issue with smart watches in general is that they're very small and so more often than not. To fix most issues you have to replace the whole device itself
I mean, as a private entity, you are allowed to make and sell a product without any promise of helping the new owner when they break it. As long as it is clear to consumers, it doesn't seem like a big issue. Personally I have never had a device repaired by the manufacturer. I have had a couple replaced due to manufacturing issues, but if I break it, I just deal with it being broken, find parts and fix it myself, or buy a new one and resolve to take better care of my stuff.
Any idea where I can by a replacement screen. eBay want £80 plus! Better bining it and buy second hand for £90 - £100? Cannot locate them on Aliexpress. Any ideas please. Dropped it. Still works but glass cracked badly. Thanks Mike

Not worth repairing, cost too much for replacement screen. Same price as eBay second hand. Huawei much better choice
