Kitesurfing professional lesson in Tarifa. School: Obsesion kitesurfing school Instructor: Juan LUMIX s5 and rode wireless go 2 Hero 8 linktr.ee/mobiliosrankos
I'm in the U.S. I'll be in Rio in January. After watching your lessons in kitesurfing, I think that I will go for it. Just hope that I will remember everything in your lessons.
Oh we need english subtitles for the last part where you are talking. Love this video. Can you remake an english version? :) Or i think in UA-cam Studio you can add the english words in the transcript.
Me also a beginner. At 35:00 you should steer more close from the middle of the bar...so you dont have to much handleling to do. But further lots of good tips you have 👍
Yes bro Im exactcly at the same spot with my caravan, living wild and free. My chanel is about detailing becouse thats What Im doing for living. Creating content about cars. I drop this video just for fun here. Thanks
The reason the kite was flying the way it did is because they're on short lines, probably between 8 to 15m lines, this is a much better way to learn with a big board, the kite is much more responsive and much easier to relaunch after crashing, with very little lag in controlling the kite you'll quickly learn the technique needed to waterstart instead of struggling with long lines. I think most schools now are adopting this as it's proven to be successful. I highly recommend this method haven't tried it myself over normal long lines. It's so much easier.
What the heck?! So much great, helpful instruction -- then around 44:13, the narrator suddenly intrudes, speaking in another language over the English-speaking instructor, making it incomprehensible!
If you start kite surfing I recommend you disregard this video! 1) this is offshore wind very clearly which is a no no for kitesurfing 2) this is not the way to teach a beginner to handle the bar - way too aggressive and the main reason why the kite crashes 3) going on the board and he doesn’t even know how to body drag yet 4) standing several times in the wind window also a no no Take a good IKO course which will help you learn to kitesurf and not this 1 hour “Think I can surf now” BS Ben surfing myself more than 15 years and if you would go surfing on your own after this believe me you could be in big big trouble - also to others I normally don’t post but feel I have to in this case

whats this? lithuanian language marketing? downvoting for the nonsense at the end
I apologize for that. I’m not believe that people from different countries would be able to access this video. I initially thought I was only filming it for my friends. However, I decided to share it with all of you. I hope a few words in my wonderful language did not cause any discomfort.
Well for one the terminology, the arms of the kite are called struts not ribs, foil kites have ribs. Also, not all kites have the black side of the bar to the right, and needs pointing out the bar is actually attached upside down, because it's in a downwing position to the kite. The secondary release is "pushed" away not pulled, this is confusing to hear. Years ago 2nd releases were in fact pull to release and thankfully seen as dangerous as its very difficult and almost impossible to pull something towards you to release it rather than push away, feels counter intuitive. Years ago the lines would be attached upwind to the kite, then you'd have to feed the lines underneath and it would be a real faff. Then as development of BOW kites progressed it became a downwind affair, id always put my lines on downwind, as early as 2000. Needs a more thorough walk through of the safety and theory of the depower (angle of attack) and both safety releases way before he ever launched the kite. The student needs to see what happens when you punch out the chicken loop and why you'd do that, what situations. The time the kite dives to 9 and there's a couple of people stood there isn't too cool, all beaches the general public has right of way never a kitesurfer. I think I'm in the wrong job😂
NOTE. Allow the instructor to speak...after all hes the expert amigo...😁 Va a habla usando otra idioma? usa subtitilos..... gracias, Thank you and good luck...

The core kites need a bar with a high Y on the bar, not a low V,
Get the right bar for the kite and the kite will fly much better

thxxxx bro now i'm gonna start kitesurf with some tips and knowlege !
Close one 43:47 nearly a line burn.
good
why do you have a camera on your head, and the other guy is dilmming. I wanna see what the Instructor is expeining.
"il parle anglais comme moi je parle arabe" bahaha
It seems that this training implies that the student does not know the theory at all, this is wrong.
oh what do you mean by theory? any recommendations?
@@aliyaemarley5215 at least the wind window theory
I hope people will not go kiting after watching an youtube video!
If you start kite surfing I recommend you disregard this video!
1) this is offshore wind very clearly which is a no no for kitesurfing
2) this is not the way to teach a beginner to handle the bar - way too aggressive and the main reason why the kite crashes
3) going on the board and he doesn’t even know how to body drag yet
4) standing several times in the wind window also a no no
Take a good IKO course which will help you learn to kitesurf and not this 1 hour “Think I can surf now” BS
Ben surfing myself more than 15 years and if you would go surfing on your own after this believe me you could be in big big trouble - also to others
I normally don’t post but feel I have to in this case

Dude, this technique of teach kite is soooo old!!
what would be the major differences in your opinion?
