Kaneki's VA in the English dub, Austin Tindle, is incredible. So many emotions in just one musical piece... I can't help myself but cry. Kaneki Ken is truly one wonderful character,I enjoyed that wonderful trip called Tokyo Ghoul. Miss it all so much
I find this song to be particularly sad and tragic. In order for Kaneki to fight Jason he had to let go of his innocence, to unravel, he had to become as screwed up as Aogori Tree and Jason.

Tokyo ghoul actually changed me. I don't think i have ever cracked my knuckles normally ever since watching tg, which was like 4 years ago
Kaneki's hair changes represent the five stages of grief. Denial (normal Kaneki), anger (tortured Kaneki), bargaining (Haise Sasaki), depression (Black Reaper) and finally, acceptance (One Eyed King. (This is a theory, btw).
Haise Sasaiki being Bargaining just makes wayyyyy too much sense
