Sounds like your daughter is having split nights. My son used to have those and basically he was just getting too much sleep during the day so we had to cap his nap to 2 hours max and wouldn't let him sleep past 2pm. That way he was actually tired enough at night not to wake up. Split nights are no fun even when they wake up giggling and happy! Haha hopefully they're over for you soon! 🥰
That is exactly what I had to do with my twins. Bedtime was becoming a nightmare so now they don’t sleep in past 8am and naptime is 2 hrs max and not past 2 pm. It made all the difference

So fun! I found during a sleep regression towards age 2 was the time my child started phasing out of nap time and having a firmer earlier bed time to sleep through the night. Sometimes naps are necessary but starting to wake them so I can ensure a full night sleep. Different stuff works for different families and kids!! I’m sure you’ll all find what works for her!

My son did the exact same thing around this age. He used to wake up and play for a couple hours every night. I remember researching and not finding anything until one glorious day I found an article on split sleep. Basically she is getting too much sleep and since her body knows she can wake up, play and sleep back with enough time, it does that. Cutting down her naps will straight solve it, fingers crossed. It may take her body a couple days to realize it is getting less sleep before she starts back sleeping through the night so stick with it. Wishing you well. ❤

My naturally curly hair is VERY damaged because in 2022 I’ve dyed my hair like 12 different colors, and right now it is blonde and very bleach damaged and the curls are flat and lifeless, so I’m dying it back to my normal color, and not touching it for a year with the exception of maybe a trim or two throughout the year. And then by December 2023, I should be able to cut all the damage off. 2023 is the year of getting my curls back.
The mandalorian Lego set is on my Christmas list this year! My bf and I have 5 of the Star Wars helmet Lego sets, and we only need a few more to to complete the set!!

My son had one nap everyday from 12 to 3. Sometimes 4 pm. Went to bed slept thru the night 8 am. From the time he was 4 months old. Believe me I know how lucky I was! You might have to cut out one nap during the day. Maybe she’s splitting Babies do that. My friends son did it but he did go back to sleeping thru the night.
I would do an hour hour and a half nap tops. Maybe earlier in the day too. Also it depends what time you lay her down. If she wakes up from a nap at 3 and y’all lay her down at 7, that’s why she wakes up
I think age 2 and under they are getting more energy. They want to feel like they aren't missing out on things. But I agree with others. To not let a nap go over a certain time. But in my opinion a child her age still needs a nap and they show us what they need. My son can take a nap and still sleep decent. He also wakes up just giggling like what is so funny. Sometimes up for an hour. I don't understand how these little ones do that in the middle of the night.

I've just cut my hair from boob length to over the shoulders and I'm loving it ! I say do it and as always, it grows back
