wow awesome figure. Always loved those Fallschirmjager smocks. weird he doesn't have any grenades for his grenade bags, great vid man as always.

Great review, Sir Mathus. That tan uniform is the Luftwaffe's tropical uniform, which was authorized for use throughout the Reich's domains during the warmer months. However, the Gran Sasso raid happened in mid September, so it seems strange they were wearing that uniform. Unless, perhaps, they pulled troops for the operation from southern Italy.

Great figure, I'd definitely want to display without the helmet to show the head sculpt, I would also get the required number of grenades and fill the grenade bags. I'm one for filling pockets and bags with what they would've actually carried in them.

No, it's not. The eagle insignia should always be on the left side of the helmet.
