Of course I'll read you. Thank you for watching the video ^^ To buy items from Evniki Kapsalis, you must become an Argent Crusader - i.e. get the achievement "Exalted Argent Champion of the Alliance/Horde". That should be the only requirement. I hope that helps (:
You need the achievement Exalted Argent Champion of the Alliance or Horde, so all the factions of your side, as well as the title "Crusader". Then you should be able to purchase it ^^
to get champion of all factions, do you have do the same amount of dailies for each of them? Or does it get easier/ quicker when you became champion of one faction for the first time?
Okay so every faction moves at the same pace when it comes to getting to crusader rank. Is it possible to do it on multiple chars? For example the silvermoon as a bloodelve/ undercity as a forsaken, would they add to the achievment of the exalted argent champion? Or do i have to do all on one character?

The answer is mentioned in a wowhead comment from 2012: www.wowhead.com/achievement=2817/exalted-argent-champion-of-the-alliance#comments Assuming things haven't changed in the game since then, you can in fact split the rep grind between characters. So you can focus on getting exalted with one faction per character instead of all at the same time (:

Sounds to me like you're playing WotLK classic ^^ At the moment, the Argent Tournament has not been added. Back in the day, it was not released until patch 3.1 (: So, you'll probably have to wait for the release of the first patch.
Hmm, that's odd. Class shouldn't matter. Someone on wowhead mentions an argent tournament questgiver in Dalaran (old Dalaran) who sends you out to the tourney. But that's for a pandaran, who couldn't pick up any quests at the tourney itself. Maybe try that?

So I can do this on my hunter and then go on my paladin and should be able to purchase the argen warhorse? Cause of warband achievements?

You don't get a buff to the rep grind, if that is what you mean, unfortunately. It is back to the beginning when starting each faction.
