When we watched this movie in theatre, both my husband and I laughed our asses off at that scene where Ennui is searching her phone. That's so exactly our thirteen-year old girl - she can be lazy hanging around but once she realizes that her phone is gone....she's on fire! 😀

Well, I find the resemblance between Fear and Ennui rather puzzling. I mean, being scared and being bored seem almost like opposites. Yes, it's possible to feel both at the same time, but it doesn't seem too likely. Unless their resemblance is due to being like opposites.

Sadness knew physical resistance would be futile. She was found, cornered, and outnumbered. Anxiety would've had the others to force the phone away if Sadness didn't surrender.
