I said I was going to hold off to. I ended up knocking mine down a little. 6 weeks is as long as I can go. Can’t be out ragged up all the time or looking rough.

I personally only get Nature Made vitamins. Biotin and the Men's health vitamins. The serving size is only 2 gummies a day but I take 2 in the morning and 2 before bed. And like you said ALOT of water.
