5 hours a day for 2 months got you right. I just did 2 brush sessions with you and now my blood is flowing like I just worked out and I'm inspired to go another round.
No don’t brush your 5 hours a day as a beginner. You will get burnet out and quit within 3 days.
Try to brush for at least an hour a day that way you’ll be able to stay consistent

We have the same weak side. I had to train myself to start on my left and end on my left to be sure I work on it enough. The trouble I have is picking which brush to use and when. Is this a hard brush in this video? I use my medium throughout the day. Any tips on that? TIA
