Yes he uses fondant 90% of the time but I think people are forgetting that he creates these extremely large,extremely difficult shapes and realistically buttercream which is thin will not hold any of the things he does. All cake places use fondant and honestly I think he’s amazing!!

Was searching for your comment. It's like Everytime he makes a cake order for someone, he's making it to like 40 - 50 people but there's only like 5 or 10 people everytime . Like them who orders cake, do they like to have leftovers and eat it for breakfast or something. seems very unnecessary. And maybe their cakes get's bad and they're gonna be thrown in the trash. That is just foodwaste.

I think He uses fondant and rice crisps for stability and the shape, because they order such intricate design and forms, and i also think he use an amount of cake depending on the number of people. 😊 but if its a tier cake with no other form, he’s generous with the cake and the filling.
