  • Three minutes is all it takes!
    Alternating squats and jump squats for 10 reps
    Pendulum Lunges - 5 each leg
    Lateral Side Steps - 5 each way
    Then REPEAT until three minutes is up!!!
    Rest 2-3 minutes and repeat it again!
