  • In this video we will take you through a 5 Minute full body warmup, and then we have two 3 minute circuits, as well as 1 Tabata Circuit! Pick one of these circuits OR do them all!!     Thank you so much for sharing the complete workout.. will start from tomorrow morning. I have an issue with lunges, whenever I try them, it hurts like crazy the next day, hamstrings completely jam up.. so I may throw in some variations.. will keep you posted.. thanks again! 🙏
