Eric A although it is advertised as southern where I live it is actually different than the rivers they fish, our water gets a lot warmer and it’s a lot different than fishing there. I have watched them and it’s definitely good. When I said trying to figure out what I need , I didn’t mean to come off like I have never caught one. I know what to use I am just figuring out what I have and what I am going to order is what I meant

@@ericsfishingadventures4433 Just got off the phone with Lee. They had a great trip there, fish were very high in the water column. Best baits were regular medussas and 10" posseidons, both in white. They even had mid lake surface bait action!
It's his lure design and prolly has accounted for 1000s of 50 inch fish. Forget about the lure it's the presentation that counts could be a jbo lure or what ever you chose as long as it can get down to the deep edge on clear water.
Lol musky fisherman buy too many lures ! Way too many. Everytime i catch a musky , i ask myself, would that fish have bit any bait i threw at it ? Probably , its like the stats saying that bucktails catch the most musky, well if people throw them.more then anything , how could you ever tell they wouldnt have bit something else, had you thrown it? I like Joe's approach , it shows his skill, to me all these guys spending thousands to drag a lure through the water trolling , its not anywhere near as much skill as casting.

I live in tomahawl im 14 y3ars old and im just getting into musky fishing havent got one yet fishing on lake nokomis
