  • La Campanella (1851), also known as Grand Paganini Étude No. 3, was transcribed by Liszt from Paganini's Violin Concerto No. 2 in B minor.

    This "duet" is simply two identical MIDI tracks played with a slight delay, with one track played softer than the other. The overall melody remains recognizable, and it sounds and looks pretty cool in my opinion.

      Time for illumination but if it takes something new and some technique, that doesnt make it talentless now does it?

    • @johanncoronado6902
      @johanncoronado6902 6 років тому +17

      Time for illumination so basically showing off. Well you cant show off if you dont havr talent and back then piano was an art with pride. Thus piano dueling. Piano duels make or break your career back then. The point is, showing off at piano isnt necessarily a bad thing because the time and practice it takes. Wht put so much time and effort into an instrument if you cant proudly disply your progress? But yeah i agree. To each their own.

    This isn’t the original piece though, it’s been edited to have double the notes. The original piece only has half the notes because somebody changed the piece to have another duplicate note played after the first original note in this video. But it’s pretty cool though.

    What's the deal with those double notes? It sounds strange, like the simulated piano was broken in some way (pressing note will produce double strike of hammer, I seen such a piano, but the repetitions of the same notes are almost impossible then).
