In today's world with no pensions, extending floors can generate rental income. Not denying advantages of high raise. But every advantage of a high raise can be enjoyed even if one is a tenant. But the important advantages of independent house can be enjoyed only if one owns the house.
Independent houses are worst in Hyderabad, i roamed personal near beeramguda,inti chuttu kanisam 3feet kuda unchatle, jst 1feet unchutaru adi kuda kastame. Where your children grow & with whom your children will play and wt if we have water problem in future, security.comparing all this high raise gated communities will be much better than individual. See even at present inflation, even rich & middle class people are not buying individual houses, high rich are going for villas & all others most of them are are going for high raise, whom do you think your 2.5cr individual house at some corner in city which you are going to sell after 10 years for 10cr will buy and renovate it or demolish and construct it. Whereas flat in good gated community in prime areas you can easily dispose it at any time for a reasonable price with in 10years.
Frankly speaking the real estate market in hyderabad was over hyped. The builders are already aware of the desire of the ppl nd making it sky high. Finally people are becoming fools. It's better to purchase a flat in mumbai or Bangalore instead with the same prices as the future generations can be raised with some sense

standalone are getting constructed without setbacks and looks closed where Highrises have good amount of openspace and good landscapes with private walking track and other facilities. Just by keeping cameras wont make it secured andi.
