      Adhi 2 years ki..gated community lo 6k minimum ippudu..sayuk lo kuda 6.5 memu maintenance takkuva ani sayuk lo konnam.migatha anni places lo 14 k starting maintenance.

      15k ki a Highrises lo apt rent ki vasthundi andi? and the maintenance you mentioned is for 2 yrs. You dont need to pay maintenance for 2yrs.

    సగం జీవితం లిఫ్ట్ లో పార్కింగ్ lot నుంచి సెక్యూరిటీ గేట్ బయటికి డ్రైవ్ చెయ్యటం తో ముగిసిపోతుంది. ఐస్ క్రీం order చేస్తే milkshake delivery అవుతుంది. Pregnants లిఫ్ట్ లోనే కనేసే ప్రాబబిలిటీ కూడా లేకపోలేదు.

    Keep extra budget for interior job...approximately 10LAC/unit.

    invest in plots or invest your money in good index funds...according to me it is better if we focus/improve on our skills and try to build wealth but don't fall into middle class trap by buying flats with crores!!

      These are constructed with mivan technology and they lasts 70 to 100 years and much more if maintained well. Mostly people go for these apts as they cant afford land at that area to build a house.

But Hyderabad lo 1926sft 2cr adi gated community ante better ade Bangalore lo ithe minimum 2.3-3cr avuddi

      Bangalore used to be costly before but now hyderabad has grown 3 times to it ...i am staying in blore since 17 years and we checked nearly 6 months to buy in hyd and came back...2007 we bought flat in blore and at that time hyd was less than half a price

    2.5 crores ki tellapur flat kone kanna nalagandla lo independent house konachu. Inka oka 10-15 min munduku travel cheste beerumguda lo 1.5 crores ke independent houses doruktay. E high raise apartments entha bagunna inko generation ki paniki ravu. Independent house ante maname kadu, mana pilalu, manavalu kuda anubhavistaru.

      Depends on your requirement andi. These Highrises lasts more then 100yrs. Some people like to live secured and near to main areas. So they prefer these apts.

      @@gopinath4119 ofcourse yes Andi. Expanding families in case of next generation cannot be accommodated. Today parents with 2 kids can buy a 3 bhk and enjoy the amenities. Tomorrow when they grow up, two more families can't be accommodated in the same house and they definitely have to search for a new one. Independent house addresses this one. In today's world with no pensions, extending floors can generate rental income. Not denying advantages of high raise. But every advantage of a high raise can be enjoyed even if one is a tenant. But the important advantages of independent house can be enjoyed only if one owns the house.

      Independent houses are worst in Hyderabad, i roamed personal near beeramguda,inti chuttu kanisam 3feet kuda unchatle, jst 1feet unchutaru adi kuda kastame. Atu side inti vadu etu side inti vadu window teruste, iddaru pakka pakkane kurchoni unnatlu untadi. Villas are best next high raise apartments in good areas in west and next preference to independent house as per my view.

      @@user-yw6ct8vz1x I agree to your point. In very small plots with 1 feet setbacks many ventures are there. But there is always option to customise. We have min of 4 feet corridors and don't see any privacy issues.

      @@sriramyaponnada1946 even for 150 yards also they are not leaving more than 2ft setback, so then one has to buy min house constucted in 200sqyards house then it becomes expensive. May be we get that 200sqyards house for 2-2.5cr in beeramguda. But compare the areas i.e, beeramguda with tellapur, roads, type of people around you. Where your children grow & with whom your children will play and wt if we have water problem in future, security.comparing all this high raise gated communities will be much better than individual. See even at present inflation, even rich & middle class people are not buying individual houses, high rich are going for villas & all others most of them are are going for high raise, whom do you think your 2.5cr individual house at some corner in city which you are going to sell after 10 years for 10cr will buy and renovate it or demolish and construct it. Whereas flat in good gated community in prime areas you can easily dispose it at any time for a reasonable price with in 10years.

    Frankly speaking the real estate market in hyderabad was over hyped. The builders are already aware of the desire of the ppl nd making it sky high. Finally people are becoming fools. It's better to purchase a flat in mumbai or Bangalore instead with the same prices as the future generations can be raised with some sense

    Ppl buying with loans for 1 core loan ,
    They should pay 1 lach from there pocket monthly. And plus maintenance .
    Why ppl are buying this gated apartments spending so much.
    Instead why dt they buy in standalone and keep cameras surveillance.
    Save money. Plz dt go for comparison's in life guys.👍

      standalone are getting constructed without setbacks and looks closed where Highrises have good amount of openspace and good landscapes with private walking track and other facilities. Just by keeping cameras wont make it secured andi.

    Go to velimala. It’s around 8km from this location. You will get villas in gated communities for that price around 2cr.
