Hello everyone, Happy New year I wish you all a very prosperous year and good health. This is my new TASTY beef jollof rice and you must absolutely try it out! See you soon x
Ingredients:
1 cup vegetable oil
lean diced beef
1 tbsp beef and steak seasoning
1 tbsp smoked paprika
1 tbsp garlic granules
3 finely sliced onions (or 2 large onions)
blend (1 red bell pepper, 1 1/2 large onion, 3 scotch bonnets, 1 large piece of ginger, 4 garlic cloves, 1/2 tbsp rosemary, 1/2 tbsp mixed herbs)
1 tube tomato puree
3 cans plum tomatoes
2 tbsp curry powder
2 tsp nutmeg powder
salt tt
1 tbsp jollof seasoning
3 bay leaves
2 cups water
8 rice cups of perfumed rice
1 green bell pepper
1 yellow bell pepper
1/2 sliced onion
