It's Mars and Titanic view of a first date. Titanic's walking strangly may be a satyre of men trying to make good impression. The waterpipe is meant - as S de leon says in comments - to symbolize sexual desire. They go to a Fastfood restaurant and then to a cemetery, it's quite a contrast and notice they took a child menu : they're between childhood and death, both being a subject of first date discussions (what was your life like, what do you think your life will be). The first part of the date they pretend, and play a childish game (childish fastfood), the second part is about showing their true face to each other (serious matter of death and reality of the flesh), as they become intimate. Look how helpless looks Titanic sited on the thumbstone : he didn't succed to sexualy satisfy Mars (waterpipe still leaking), maybe because of the pressure. He then leave alone but Mars follow him after all.
I'm looking at these commemts and thinking 'wth this man is such a horrible person how can people be saying hes hot' then I realized the comments are from a year ago, although they are super cute together its sad what he did.
