I finally figured out why mine wasn’t pairing with my Bluetooth. I had an old phone plugged in and it was apparently connected to the speaker. I turned off its Bluetooth and it finally showed up in my Bluetooth devices

Was only able to connect with a intermittent blue light. The blue/red wasn't letting me. Had to factory reset holding +/- down for around 10 seconds

try restart phone and make sure the speaker is not reconnecting to another device
