@PinePowerLI Filechia Elevator Company has its headquarters in Melville, so you can expect a lot of those around Long Island/NYC. However, that company is growing fast, because they do most of the hydraulic elevators in Florida and they apparently even have installations in Australia!
@suzzex No, not a Dover, unless it was remodeled at some point, because Dover (ThyssenKrupp) does not use barrel key lockswitches for fire service, floor lockout, light/fan, hoistway access enable, etc. More resembles a Montgomery w/ Innovation fixtures rather than a Kone, in my opinion.
