So the below calculation comes close to the investment we do in service apartments. New Flat value - 50L Appreciation - 25L Rental received per month - 12500 (1.5L / year) Rental invested in sip in equity mutual funds for 10 yrs - 29L Total = 50+25+29=1.04C

Only real estate ppl while selling they are marking high market value when we go for resale it is not equal to our investment including the bank interest. My view on real estate now a days is an asset only during any crisis period. but we cannot c the appreciation in our period may b in the next generation..

Please don't believe all these cheating builders and don't understand why u recommend such builders, pls don't go for short benefits and ur long term trust will go for toss , but ur videos are good
