This is unrelated to this video but your enchanting moisture cream saved my hair. I just took my 6 week d protective style out. My hair was detangled but it was starting to tangle when shrinking up. I applied your cream and braided my hair and my hair stopped tangling and shedding instantly!!! ❤❤
I LOVVEEEEEE both of the products. I use either of them depending on If I want my wash n go to be a bit more defined (honey) or a bit more voluminous (mousse def). I do agree that using both without leave in makes my hair feel dry😂 but it would still look good. Typically I use the mousse def alone. However, my favorite wash n go combo is uncle funky’s curly magic with the honey mousse. I apply the gel, then the mousse and WHEN I TELL YOU IT IS THE BEST COMBO I HAVE EXPERIENCED. I find that I don’t need a leave in with this combo because the moisture, definition, volume, and longevity is all there. And I find it very difficult to achieve all four simultaneously because typically, in order to get one or two things, I have to compromise the others.

I currently use Mousse Def for braid outs but both of the Le Doux mousses look great on your wash n go. If you really wanted a choice though...I would say the Crazy Sexy Curl on you because it showed off a "little more" length and the Mousse Def gave you volume (I personally like showing my hair's length). And YES to the Big Poppa/Bee Girl gel challenge!

I am a fan of the DEW line and tried both of these and I have low porosity 3b/c hair and I also didn’t use a leave in but did not really experience dry hair I did redo my hair In 4 days. Your hair looks beautiful as always ❤

Oh and lately I’ve been liking the Mousse Def paired with Curly Magic. As in mousse first, gel second. It’s got lots of slip so it makes for a fast application, which is the main thing I care about for a wng. When I run out I’ll try the CSC mousse with Curly Magic to see which one I prefer.

I currently use the Mousse Def for twist outs. I like the definition it gave you for the shingles style-I may try that style one day. Definitely a video on the two gels as I am planning on purchasing the Big poppa gel!
I’ve used the honey curl gel and it makes your hair very crunchy! Like a week later it was still crunchy!

The honey side was way too crunchy for me 😭 I’d use it for an edge control. The mousse def was a perfect mousse for me! I also think if you pair with a leave in the moisture would be good!

The front of my hair is also elongated no matter how much product I put on. I thought it was heat damaged but a rarely even use heat. I guess it just grows differently in that area.
Since you’ve already got all 4, you could make a third video where you pair the mousse with the gels. If ya feel like it.
Definitely need a leave in. I’m protein sensitive as well and only use the honey mousse with a leave in.
I have the Mousse Def and I agree- so drying! I wasn't understanding the hype lol I need to try again with a leave-in. I love the Big Poppa Gel though and would love to see a comparison because I don't have the other gel and I am curious about it.

I use mousse def generously with mielle pomegranite honey leave in on soaking wet hair. It has to be super foamy imo for best results. It lasts me 2 weeks.
I want you to try the gel/custard cause that Bee Girl is CRUNCHY! But I love it lol

I use the DOUX products on my daughters high porosity hair she is 3C/3B. What I find with the dew products is if you have high porosity hair you have to use moisturizers under it! To put it simply I use Camille rose 1st and then I go in with the DOUX products and her hair looks amazing. But you are spot on; These products can be drying. I do love the big papa and the Bonita apple balm.

I’ve watched videos on these products days before buying it. Decided to buy the honey foam one and paired it with the bee girl custard. I loved the definition but I had flakes after drying time 😢. Not sure if I put too much product

Thank you so much for doing this! Their products have always made my hair dry as all hell. The big poppa was ridiculously drying. I usually use leave in, cream and the mouse for a twist out. The brand raves about how twist outs can be made simple and i am thinking it is just for different hair or something…

@@queentwo1265 i tried mos def and the big poppa and my hair was brittle and dry . The crazy sexy curl one was less drying but I still felt like it was dry within 2-3 days

They recommend not using any products under the mousse. It's supposed to have conditioning properties in it.

To me in using these products, there isn’t too much of a difference! I’ve paired MD with Kinky Curls system and loved the results. I had moisturized hair with lot of definition.

Yes I actually am in day 4 of my wash and go with kinky curly leave in and the honey doux mousse as well as hairspray and it’s holding up very well. Love that combo.

You know there is a lady who has a UA-cam channel and she currently is doing a series about why I hate twist outs and washing goes. I look at your hair and I have watched your channel for quite some time you’ve done, mini twist outs washing goes and you have every strand still attached to your hair, it’s people like you.
