I have been club Mac before it is really good because you get free food and free drinks and l love the shows they have they are brilliant and l love the weather it is not like in England it is a good holiday to go xxx l love it X

How deep is the water at the bottom of the water slides?
+Marmite 44 Hi there, were not quite sure how deep the water is, however we do know that it is deep enough to prevent injury and is deep enough for fully grown adults, if you want to know exact details however you can email the hotel directly and they will reply within 2 days.

There is a few people who do vending outside the hotel which is when you sell ofbsrnded items u can see them in the first shot outside the hotel on the left hand side
I went to Club Mac last year - this is my review as posted on Trip Advisor:
Just arrived back from a 2 week stay at Club Mac. We (family of 2 adults and 2 boys, aged 13 & 11) stayed at the Saturno hotel.
Before I start my review - PLEASE IGNORE any reviews which go on about a 'sickness bug' at the hotel. THERE IS NO SUCH THING. None of my family got sick and neither did I see anybody else get sick either. People who get sick at this hotel are either ill before they even get here, or just simply ill from over indulging in food and drink and then sitting in the sun all day. IGNORE THESE REVIEWS.
ROOM - We booked a standard double room which included a double bed and a bunk bed for the kids. I think the room was not overly large but at the same time, wasn't too small either. Just right for the 4 of us with plenty of space. We were up on the 8th floor and whilst some reviews moan about the small balcony, we were lucky to have a corner room (end of corridor) so our balcony was massive! We had maids come in every day to change the towels so that was great. We experienced no noise from the corridors (like some of the reviews state) and got a decent nights sleep every night. Beds were comfy and so were the pillows!!!
SATURNO - The hotel has 6 lifts however more often than not, these would stop on EVERY floor, when taking them from the 8th floor to the ground floor - probably due to stupid kids pressing the buttons as they run down the stairs! Also, lifts are prone to getting stuck (witnessed this a few times!) so just be aware!
BARS - We mainly used the bars at the Saturno and the Marte hotel. Marte one is bigger and also has ice pops for the kids, as well as ice creams, slushed and the usual array of own branded spirits and wines all probably low alcohol as it's impossible to get drunk on these, probably why most people are on the beer.
PEOPLE - There are ALOT of Irish at Club Mac, and some have their ferrel kids (usually called Shannon or Connor). All the boys have that RIDICULOUS haircut, shaven skin head back and sides but with long hair on the top - looks absolutely DIRE. I witnessed a fight between 2 young boys, who literally looked only about 8 or 10, who were throwing FULL fist punches, to the face, whilst their 'Benefits Street' parents were happily getting plastered on the beer. Atrocious.
POOL - The 'Benefits Street' gang are out in force here, putting their towels down on the beds from around 7am. There are plenty of beds however, they are cheap as they do not recline - a first of ANY hotel I have stayed in. The pool area is literally CRAMMED full of people and kids - just like sardines. We made a point of going to the water park across the road as the hotel pools are just too busy. Great water park but that does get busy too.
FOOD - If I am honest, the food is a little hit and miss. Sometimes it's great (the Gala theme was the best - roast potatoes, beef, Yorkshire puddings, etc) but other times it's terrible. They have themes most nights but these do not really work - the Indian theme comprises of a tray of naan bread, rice and chicken tikka, but then you also get all the other stuff like chips, pork, pasta etc so the theme does not really work!!!
ENTERTAINMENT - We didn't see all the entertainment but what we did see was ok. George Pena was absolutely hilarious but be warned, some of his material is adult even though there are children present. The hypnotist was also pretty good. One negative point however, is that at the circus area (where the later entertainment is), the sound system is absolutely terrible - when there is a singing act, the music has no bass and just sound so tiny and you can barely hear the singers?! Something is definitely wrong with the system somewhere.
Summary
Club Mac is an EXTREMELY busy place. It caters for 3500 guests which is FAR FAR too many. There were queues for EVERYTHING: the bar, the canteen, even the toilets, the lifts, the water park, the beach bus, the port bus, the list is endless. They need to cut down on the amount of guests they cater for and for and it is for that reason why I would not return. It was a great holiday though, kids loved it and I enjoyed the break but it's just too too busy. One thing which I have never experienced : Club Mac do not provide a towel service (where you receive clean pool/beach towels everyday) so be prepared to use the same towel for 2 weeks - not very nice!!!
All in all a great place to go so would recommend it if you don't mind all of what I have written above!!

Can I just ask what dates you went, was it on a school holiday, just want to know because I am going there and it is seemed to bit less busy on non school holidays but if it wasn’t on school holidays I just want to know what months are the busiest thank you

Don’t go on that one that looks like a helter skelter, it will try to drown you even if you are a very strong swimmer like it did with me. I came out of the slide and it held me under water because the water pushes you down. Life gaurd did nothing according to my sister, he just stood there while other people came down and eventually said to my sister is everything ok, she said obviously not my sister just came out of this slide and hasn’t come up even though she is a strong swimmer. I came up eventually and after coughing from water intake said to the life gaurd thanks for nothing I was clearly being held under water you ahould be fired, he just laughed.

Been there a year ago today and my nan had about €80 worth of perfume and makeup in her room and a maid who cleaned the room stole it and denied it and a security guard therteaned ny aunt with a taser and he hit a bat at our table swiping the drinks of the table staff were ok wouldn’t really recommend it’s a fucking kip full of kids
