I think the sound of the vacuum is what really scares cats the most. Once they get over the fear, it probably feels great. I love having my hair brushed and shampoosed with a good scalp massage.
All the noise that cats normally are afraid of from a vacuum cleaner is made by the motor itself and the motor along with the fan always makes an area of low air pressure inside the vacuum cleaner compared to the higher pressure outside the vacuum cleaner
One of my cats was so afraid of the hoover and hairdryer... This second one that I have it's not afraid of anything, so I decided to give it a go and hoover him. He loves it!! Now I do it every week! 😂
They love it removes the loose shedding fur helps eliminate hair balls, one of mine laid in front of the vacuum like "Don't forget to vacuum me to," so I did the others ran like hell hehehhe
These owners likely vacuum their homes daily and their cats have incorporated the daily visit from the all consuming beast 'Vaakoom' as a loud, noisy, but regular and not harmful necessity.
Son I have chores for you today. Clean the bathroom, clean the kitchen, vacuum the floor, oh don't forget to vacuum the cat! Dad, what? You heard me, vacuum the cat! Uhh okay? Oh don't worry, he loves getting vacuumed!
I wish our cays loved to be vacuumed. My husband tried it once to our oldest cat (when she was maybe 7, she's 11 now) and she peed on him and scratched his thigh trying g to get away.
This didn't happen with my cat. He acted like the vacuum was a voracious predator and I had to try really hard to restrain him. I had to get him wet with the fan on after because his escape attempts made him really hot. Poor guy.
Well the true fact is small vacuum cleaners have quieter motors(about 700 to 850 Watts) but once you exceed 900 Watt vacuum cleaner motors or even more than 900 Watts that's when the vacuum cleaner gets much noisier
My grandmother's cat, "Wongsai" - a Siamese - enjoyed being vacuumed. He would lie down and be docile (similar to the cat at 0:34) while one of us ran the vacuum over him. The noise never bothered him. Each time we vacuumed the house, he patiently waited beside a sofa for "his turn.'
hoovering a cat's tail, be careful if you do. My old cat hated vacuums, poor little man used to get his tail sucked up the hoover by his old owner's kids and he was scared of vacuums ever since. I guess all cats are different.
Start off by just rubbing her with the wand for a while. Like maybe a week off and on. And then you turn the vacuum on with the wand on it, and just for short periods of time at first just get it close to her. And maybe once in a while just shut the vacuum off, and rub her with the wand. She will have a fear of it, just because it's so loud and cats ears are very sensitive, and it's a foreign sound to them to get enjoyment from. It will take time, but she'll warm up to it, and the first time she lets you rub her with the wand having vacuum on it, it's all over and she'll fall in love with it.
As much as I worry about those cats, i have no judgment against people who vaccuum their cats lol. As long as the cats are not truly being harmed. Personally, I would never try that with a cat but that's just me.
"All right honey, I am just going to vacuum the cat."
LOL!
Honey i shrunk the cat...
Me too
😂🤣

0:40 Getting my tuxedo cleaned.
That's not how my dry cleaners operate. Yes, I know this was a joke.

I'm showing this to our 11 year old Pumpkin to show her it won't hurt but she refuses to look.
Lol, just like I show my cat I can get in the shower and it won’t hurt. He won’t come near.
My cat is too afraid of the noise to even go near it ! 😂
Same here🤣
MINE TOO BUT FOR SOME REASON HE FOLLOWS IT
They love it removes the loose shedding fur helps eliminate hair balls, one of mine laid in front of the vacuum like "Don't forget to vacuum me to," so I did the others ran like hell hehehhe
My deaf cat loves being vacuumed.
My sisters cat would rub on the vacuum and cry until my sister would turn it on and vacuum him.
I don't know why, but Vacuum and Hair dryer's noises makes me so sleepy...
I almost fell asleep.
Me too! I tought I am the only one :)
I was thinking exactly the same x)
I searched some about it minutes ago and seems like it's an extended phenomenon.. but it is for babies! hahaha.
ASMR!
ASMR..
Me too.
If your gonna vacuum up cat hair you might as well get it at its source! It doesnt hurt them.
I mean this is really an effective and efficient way to clean them.
It reduces the chance of them getting hairballs, and it's also a good way to get any remaining fleas after a bath.
That last one already got PTSD
I apsolutely love this clip, its brilliant.
Thank you!
@@CrazyFunnyStuffCFS I absolutely love this Video,it is 100% fantastic
The last in is just like "End me. Please." lol
My cat who actually looked very similar to the first one loved the vacuum to the point where he'd make you rub it against him while vacuuming
I wish my cat would let me do this. Everytime I try... lets just say he has very sharp claws.
That rag doll on the floor, going round & round!!!!
look at those eyes, that's a face of pure bliss and satisfaction! ❤❤
My Cat loves it too. But freaks out when I come with a brush.... 😺😺😺
damn if my cat smokey liked to be vacuumed I would've vacuumed everyday lmao
At the end of it all, a Maine Coon could probably be a Sphinx Cat since the Vacuum literally suck all of it's furs.
While watching this video I couldn't do anything but laugh as it is unbelievable,so funny and so cute too

They're like the opposite of dogs.
Son I have chores for you today. Clean the bathroom, clean the kitchen, vacuum the floor, oh don't forget to vacuum the cat!
Dad, what?
You heard me, vacuum the cat!
Uhh okay?
Oh don't worry, he loves getting vacuumed!
Sometimes I wonder who dislikes these videos. Like wtf
Maybe that's just bot
0:13 literally ROFL
Those owners definitely don’t need to worry about fleas.
My sentiments exactly.
it's a love/hate relationship, like usually happens
My father tried to do this to one of the cats when she had fleas, but our cat did NOT enjoy being vacuumed.
I wish our cays loved to be vacuumed. My husband tried it once to our oldest cat (when she was maybe 7, she's 11 now) and she peed on him and scratched his thigh trying g to get away.

If only the vacuum wasn’t so loud my cat would love it

I tried vacuuming my cat the other day. She scratched me, made my hand bleed, and ran off. He's terrified of the vacuum cleaner.
This is comedy gold
I see a huge marketing opportunity for Dyson vacuums.
Szuper, nagyon jókat kacaráztam miközben néztem.Hihetetlen,h nem félnek,sőt még élvezik is!🥰
Some cats may like this because it may be a way of removing fleas.

Poison Empress But Vacuum Cleaners aren‘t so strong to break a cat‘s tail or the tail is already broken
The poor kitty
0:15 - You can vacuum and mop at the same time.
Okay I will laugh and be afraid also this type of vacuum gives me the jitters
on the contrary, my orange cat is terrified of the vacuum cleaner
Those cats live the highlife and humans with rectangles on their limbs are their servants. More vacuuming and a can of tuna after! pronto!
Those cats are defective!
So far the best quality CGI I've ever seen
Some cats are just built different.
I'm so stoned. Is it really this awesome?
Dogs are watching this and having panic attacks.
My cat would be my ass from Sunday to next Monday.
i think he was kinda afraid too
HA! When I was in junior high school, my stepmother's cat loved to be vacuumed. Sucked it's tail up the hose and everything.
How do you know if they like to be vacuumed or not? I want to see if my cat will like it but I dont want to scare her.

Use a vacuum with variable suction with suction on low
Using a small attachment with a brush helps too - you can brush them with it off first to get them used to it.
That last cat looked traumatized 😄
My cat runs from the vacuum
So cute
That last black cat looked like a Studio Ghibli character. haha
Wish mine would, its the best way to get rid of fleas instead of using toxic chemicals

So which brand a hoover should I use on what type of cat ?!? 🤣
Mine would run from a vacuum but she loves it when i use a broom and sweep her back.
