And then you turn the vacuum on with the wand on it, and just for short periods of time at first just get it close to her. And maybe once in a while just shut the vacuum off, and rub her with the wand. She will have a fear of it, just because it's so loud and cats ears are very sensitive, and it's a foreign sound to them to get enjoyment from. It will take time, but she'll warm up to it, and the first time she lets you rub her with the wand having vacuum on it, it's all over and she'll fall in love with it.
As much as I worry about those cats, i have no judgment against people who vaccuum their cats lol. As long as the cats are not truly being harmed. Personally, I would never try that with a cat but that's just me.

I mean this is really an effective and efficient way to clean them.
It reduces the chance of them getting hairballs, and it's also a good way to get any remaining fleas after a bath.

Use a vacuum with variable suction with suction on low
Using a small attachment with a brush helps too - you can brush them with it off first to get them used to it.
